1. How do I SIGN IN to my account?

To Sign in once logged off follow the steps below:

1.  Go to the Dance With Me Online Website at https://dancewithmeonline.com

2.     Click the Sign In link on top right of the navigation bar.

3.  Enter your Email and Password and press the Log In.

2. How do I SIGN OUT of my account?

To Sign out once logged in follow the steps below:

1. Click the Sign Out link on top right of the navigation bar

3. How do I ask the Dance With Me Online team Questions about videos?

1.Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Comments

2. Type your question, followed by which video Style/ Level/ Week you are referring to  and if you can write the minutes and seconds to narrow down the section.

3. Click Post Comment

4. Your question will now be visible to other members and will be answered by the Dance with Me Online team as soon as possible.

4. How does the video player work?

1.  Video speed settings:

Slow down or speed up your videos in the settings tab to help with watching the detail of the videos.

2.  Video Quality:

Reduce or increase the quality of your videos from 1080p through to 270p to help with a faster upload depending your internet speed.

3.  Add to favourites:

Add video to favourites so you can easily remember which moves/ styling you want to watch over again.

4.  Video Sound:

Increase and decrease volume option available.

5.  Autoplay:

When autoplay button is on your videos will automatically begin playing when you open the page.

6.  Screen size options: 

Using the diagonal arrows on the bottom far right of the screen you can increase to a full screen or reduce it back to a window display.

7.  Display Options:

Streaming from your phone or computer to your tv can be done using then second last button from the bottom far right of the screen.

Videos can be played picture in picture using the third last button from the bottom far right of the screen.

5. What do I do if I have forgotten my Password?

If you can’t remember your login in detail in the Sign In page:

1.  Click on Forgot Password?

2.  Enter your email address you signed up with in the box provided

3.  Click Send Instructions

4.  Check your email from Dance With Me Online and follow instructions

6. How do I change my password?

To change your password, follow the below instructions. 

Click on MY ACCOUNT in the navigation bar 

1.  Go to password

2.     Type in your current password

3.     Type in your new password in the box below

4.     Click on the Save Changes button.

7. What do I do if I have forgotten my Username?

Your username you will be prompted to enter, will be your email address that you joined us with. If you fail to recall your username, please email us directly at info@mitchandellicia.com

8. How do I update my payment details?

To update your card details or payment option follow the below instructions. 

Click on MY ACCOUNT in the navigation bar 

1.     Go to billing 

2.     Click on Payment Method 

3.     Click on USE ANOTHER CARD option

4.     Input new card details

5.     Click on the SAVE CARD button.

9. How do I cancel my membership or my course?

To cancel your course or membership follow the below instructions. 

Click on MY ACCOUNT in the navigation bar 

1.     Go to billing 

2.     Click on Change Plan under the Active Plan section

3.     Click on Cancel Membership  

Once you cancel your course or membership option you will no longer be charged or have access to the content and videos.
